Good Night, Sleep Tight #5: Diet and Your Sleep

You are what you eat. The foods and beverages you consume throughout the day are telling as to how you’ll sleep each night.

Knowing more about a diet’s impact on your body can answer tons of questions as to issues with the quality or quantity of your sleep.

Today, I share a few helpful hints and considerations when thinking about your diet. Being purposeful with what you eat can go a long way toward a better night’s rest.
