Flashing, beeping, flickering and chirping. We live in a very bright, very digital world. Whether it’s the mobile screen, television or the light fixtures in your bedroom, the light we see as we’re trying to whind down at night can have a big impact on how our brain prepares for rest.
Today’s video is all about artificial light and screen time at night. There’s a lot to be said about properly managing these conditions before heading to bed, and I’ll give you some practical tips on what to consider.
